kenzo Platform Account Terms

When you join kenzo, you agree to our account terms, which govern how we process deposits via DANAe-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and bank transfers, and how we handle withdrawals, account verification, and dispute resolution. Our terms are written in plain language so you understand exactly what we expect and what you can expect from us. We do not hide conditions in footnotes or update terms without notice.

If you provide false information, we reserve the right to suspend your account and forfeit any balance.

Once approved, we send the payment immediately. Your bank may take additional time to process the transfer, but that is beyond our control. We do not charge withdrawal fees.

We reserve the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests if we detect suspicious activity or if the request violates our terms. For example, if we suspect the withdrawal destination is not your own account, we will investigate before processing. We will contact you through your registered email to clarify legitimate requests. We never delay withdrawals arbitrarily—all delays have a clear compliance reason, and we explain it to you.

Bonus terms and conditions on kenzo

We occasionally offer welcome bonuses or loyalty rewards on kenzo. Any bonus is credited to your account only after your identity is verified. You cannot appeal a closure once it is final, but you can request clarification through our support channels about why the closure occurred.

You may voluntarily close your kenzo account at any time through your account settings. If you close your account with a balance remaining, we will ask if you want to withdraw those funds. If you do not respond within 90 days, we forfeit the balance. We do not reopen closed accounts—if you want to rejoin kenzo, you must create a new account and pass KYC verification again.

If we make material changes—such as changing how we handle deposits, fees, or account closure—we will notify you at least 14 days before the changes take effect. We will send the notice to your registered email and display a banner in your kenzo account. You can review the updated terms before they apply.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before they take effect. If you continue using kenzo after the notice period, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms. Minor clarifications or formatting updates do not require advance notice and take effect immediately.

Your obligations and our commitments

By using kenzo, you agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to access unauthorized areas of our platform, interfere with our systems, or engage in activities that harm kenzo or other users. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape data or place rapid stakes designed to exploit bonuses or system flaws.

On our side, we commit to operating kenzo transparently. We display all odds and game rules before you stake. We do not manipulate odds or game outcomes.
