If the transaction was sent but not received by kenzo, contact support with your transaction reference.

To request deletion of your personal data, contact support through your kenzo account menu and select "Data deletion request." Provide your full name, account username, and email. We will verify your identity and process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Please note: if your account holds any balance or has pending transactions, you must withdraw or settle those before we can delete your data. Account deletion is permanent—you cannot recover your account or its transaction history after deletion. We retain transaction records for a legal minimum of seven years for tax and compliance purposes, but we remove your personal identifiable information (name, address, phone number) from active systems.
