kenzo Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use kenzo and how we keep that data protected. We collect your email, phone number, and identity documents during account setup. We use this information to verify your eligibility, process deposits via DANAe-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and bank transfers, and handle withdrawals. We encrypt all personal data and do not share it with third parties except where required by law or to process your transactions.

Our kenzo servers store your account balance, transaction history, and login credentials. Your data may be processed outside your jurisdiction—for example, our backup servers may sit in different countries. We maintain industry-standard encryption so your data is protected in transit and at rest. We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.

Read this notice alongside our Terms and Conditions and Legal Notice for a complete picture of how kenzo operates. If you have questions about your privacy on kenzo, contact our support team through your account menu.

What data we collect on kenzo

We collect several categories of data when you use kenzo. First, we collect account information: your email address, phone number, full name, date of birth, and national ID number. We use this data to verify your identity (KYC verification) and to contact you about your account. Second, we collect payment information: the payment method you use (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank account), the amount of each deposit and withdrawal, and the date and time of each transaction. We do not store your full payment credentials—for example, we do not store your e-wallet PIN or bank password.

Third, we collect gameplay data: which games you play, how much you stake, when you play, and the outcomes of your bets. This data helps us understand which games are popular and whether our platform is working correctly. Fourth, we collect device and access data: your IP address, the type of device you use (Android phone, iPhone, desktop), your browser type, and the pages you visit on kenzo. We use this data to detect fraud, prevent unauthorized access, and improve our mobile and desktop interfaces.

Fifth, we collect communication data: if you contact our support team, we keep records of your messages and our responses. We use this data to resolve disputes and to improve our support process. We do not collect data about your location beyond what your IP address reveals. We do not use your camera, microphone, or contacts without your explicit permission.

We do not sell your data

Your kenzo account information is never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. We use your data only to operate kenzo and comply with legal requirements.

How we use your data on kenzo

We use your data for several purposes. First, we use it to operate kenzo: to process your deposits and withdrawals, to credit your account when you win, and to deduct your stakes when you lose. Second, we use it for compliance: to verify your identity, to detect fraud, and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Third, we use it for security: to detect unauthorized access attempts, to reset your password if you forget it, and to investigate suspicious activity on your account.

Fourth, we use your data to improve kenzo: to understand which games are popular, to identify technical problems, and to optimize our mobile app and website. Fifth, we use it for communication: to send you account notifications (such as deposit confirmations or withdrawal status updates), to respond to your support requests, and to notify you about service changes or maintenance windows. We do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing emails or push notifications unless you opt in.

We may also use your data where required by law. For example, if a court orders us to disclose information about your account, or if a government agency requests data for tax or regulatory purposes, we comply with those legal requests. We will notify you of such requests unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Third-party processors and data sharing

We use third-party processors to operate kenzo. For example, we use payment processors to handle mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking transfers. We use cloud hosting providers to store our servers and backups. We use email services to send you account notifications. These processors have access to your data only to the extent necessary to provide their service, and they are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.

We do not share your personal data with other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not sell your data to data brokers. However, we may share aggregated, anonymized data with analytics partners—for example, we might share statistics like "many active users in Jakarta accessed kenzo in the past month" without revealing any individual identities.

We may also share your data with law enforcement or government agencies if required by law. For example, if a court issues a subpoena for your account information, or if a tax authority requests data about your transactions, we comply with those legal requests. We will notify you of such requests unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Data retention and deletion on kenzo

We retain your account data for as long as your kenzo account is active. If you close your account, we retain your data for a minimum of 7 years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and tax requirements. After 7 years, we delete your personal data unless we are required by law to retain it longer. Your transaction history is retained for the same period so you can dispute transactions if needed.

You have the right to request deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements. If you request deletion, we will delete your personal information (name, email, phone number) but we will retain anonymized transaction records for compliance purposes. You can request data deletion through our support team by contacting us through your kenzo account menu.

We also retain backup copies of your data on secure servers. These backups are encrypted and are used only for disaster recovery. If our primary servers fail, we restore from backups to ensure your account data is not lost. Backups are deleted according to the same retention schedule as our primary data.

Cookies and tracking on kenzo

We use cookies to operate kenzo. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us remember your login session, your language preference, and your account settings. Essential cookies are required for kenzo to function—without them, you cannot log in or place stakes. We do not require your consent to use essential cookies because they are necessary for the service.

We also use analytics cookies to understand how you use kenzo. These cookies help us identify which games are popular, which pages are visited most, and where users encounter problems. Analytics cookies do not identify you personally—they track behavior patterns across all kenzo users. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings, but this may reduce our ability to improve kenzo.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on kenzo. We do not track your activity across other websites. Your kenzo session is isolated to our platform. If you clear your browser cookies, you will be logged out of kenzo and will need to log in again on your next visit.

Data security and encryption

We encrypt all data in transit using HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). This means when you log in to kenzo or submit payment information, the data is encrypted before it leaves your device and cannot be intercepted. We also encrypt data at rest on our servers using AES-256 encryption. Your password is hashed using industry-standard algorithms so even our staff cannot see your plain-text password.

We maintain firewalls and intrusion-detection systems to prevent unauthorized access to our servers. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities. We have a incident-response plan so if a security breach occurs, we can respond quickly and notify affected users. We do not guarantee that our systems are non-specific info secure—no system is—but we maintain security practices consistent with industry standards.

If we discover a security breach that exposes your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours through your registered email address. We will explain what data was exposed, what steps we are taking to secure it, and what steps you should take to protect yourself. We will also notify relevant authorities as required by law.

International data transfers

Our kenzo servers and backup systems may be located in different countries. This means your personal data may be transferred outside your jurisdiction. For example, if you are in Jakarta or Surabaya, your data may be processed on servers in Singapore, the United States, or Europe. We ensure that all international transfers are protected by encryption and contractual safeguards so your data remains secure regardless of where it is stored.

We comply with data protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. If local law restricts international data transfers, we implement additional safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or Binding Corporate Rules to ensure your data is protected. You can request information about where your data is stored by contacting our support team through your kenzo account.

Contact and data requests

If you have questions about our privacy practices on kenzo, or if you want to request access to your data, request deletion, or lodge a complaint, contact our support team through the help menu in your account. We respond to all data requests within 30 days. We do not charge for data access requests, but we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is excessive or repetitive.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. If we make material changes—such as changing how we use your data or who we share it with—we will notify you at least 14 days before the changes take effect. We will send the notice to your registered email and display a banner in your kenzo account. If you do not agree with the updated privacy notice, you may close your account before the changes take effect.

Your control over your kenzo data

You have control over much of your kenzo data. You can update your email address, phone number, and address through your account settings. You can change your password at any time. You can enable two-factor authentication to add an extra security layer. You can disable push notifications if you do not want to receive alerts about your account. You can download a copy of your transaction history from your account menu.

You can also control what data we collect by limiting what you share with us. For example, you do not need to provide a phone number if you prefer to use only email for account recovery. However, some data is required for kenzo to operate—for example, we must collect your email and national ID to verify your identity and comply with regulations.

If you have concerns about how your data is being used on kenzo, contact our support team. We take privacy concerns seriously and will investigate any complaint. If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or regulatory body.
